Samsung has re-opened its iconic Samsung 837 store in New York City's Meatpacking District and is welcoming fans and visitors to a “transformed retail experience space” designed to showcase the capabilities of its latest mobile devices and smart home products.
Samsung 837 visitors can see how the company's products connect seamlessly throughout the home. The redesigned retail space features Samsung devices from a wide range of categories, including indoor and outdoor smart TVs, Bespoke kitchen appliances, and mobile phones and laptops from the latest Galaxy S23 and Galaxy Book 3 Pro lineups.
The company invites people to try out the latest innovations for stress-free living, such as lifestyle The Frame TVs and Philips Hue lights that can now be controlled through the SmartThings app.
The experience space is also a retail spot where visitors can purchase new Samsung products or chat with Samsung team members before they decide what they should buy. Additionally, Samsung announced today that the Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store program will include the redesigned Samsung 837 space beginning March 10.
Tomorrow, February 22, Samsung will do a housewarming for the reopening of 837 with special guest Jeffrey C. LeFrancois from the Meatpacking Business Improvement District. There will be food, and Chef Esther Choi, Chef Chris Cho, and Carlos D. Harris will host hands-on workshops and demos.
“Our home in the Meatpacking District will continue to be a place to celebrate and cultivate our communities, while also serving as a convenient shopping destination that showcases the power of connectivity,” said Matthew Dean, SVP, Direct-to-Consumer Division at Samsung Electronics America.
Samsung 837 also offers a repair center, and the space also serves as one of 1,700+ e-waste drop-off locations in the USA.
The tech giant recently concluded the pre-order period for the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy Book 3 lineups. And earlier today, Samsung announced pricing details for its latest 4K and 8K Neo QLED TVs.
