The Galaxy Z Flip 3, which is expected to be officially unveiled early next month, has passed through China's TENAA certification process. The listing reveals that the device (SM-F7110) measures 166 x 72.2 x 7.3mm when it is unfolded. The phone appears to be 1.4mm narrower and 1.3mm shorter than its predecessor. It means that the Galaxy Z Flip 3 will be easier to fit in your slim-fit jeans.
The phone's TENAA listing also reveals that the Galaxy Z Flip 3 is powered by a 3,200mAh battery (typically rated at 3,300mAh). It features GPS, 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The foldable phone has a single SIM card slot, but it comes with an eSIM, so dual-SIM functionality is a go, at least in some markets.
Going by previous leaks, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O foldable display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It now uses a bigger, 1.9-inch cover display, which will be more functional while using the camera or while checking out notifications and time. We had exclusively revealed that the phone will come with an official IP rating and a lower price tag.
The Galaxy Z Flip 3's design and color variants have already been leaked. It is expected to feature the same 12MP+12MP dual-camera setup, Snapdragon 888 processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB internal storage, and a 10MP selfie camera. The phone will run Android 11 out of the box with One UI 3.1.1. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint reader, 15W fast wired charging, Samsung DeX, Samsung Pay, and wireless charging.
