The Galaxy S10 series started receiving the June 2021 security update earlier this month. However, the new software was limited to the unlocked international variants of the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10+. Now, US carrier variants of the devices have started getting the latest security patch.

Samsung has started rolling out the new security update to the Galaxy S10 series on AT&T, Bluegrass Cellular, Comcast, C-Spire, Verizon, and Xfinity Mobile's networks in the US. The new updates include the June 2021 security patch, which brings 47 fixes from Google and 19 fixes from Samsung to fix existing vulnerabilities in the software. The firmware versions of the latest update are listed below.

    • Galaxy S10e: G970U1UEU5GUE4
    • Galaxy S10: G973U1UEU5GUE4
    • Galaxy S10+: G975U1UEU5GUE4

If you use a carrier version of the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, or Galaxy S10+ in the US, you might have received a notification for the new software update. If you haven't, you can manually check for the new update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install.

The Galaxy S10 series was launched in early 2019 with Android 9 on board. Last year, the phones received the Android 10-based One UI 2.0 update, and earlier this year, they received the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update.
