The Galaxy Note 20 series is a couple of weeks away from hitting the shelves and Samsung has just revealed its first pre-order incentive. Rather, Galaxy Note 20 pre-bookings are now live in Thailand and prospective customers have an opportunity to receive a special gift along with their new flagship: an engraved S Pen.

Galaxy Note 20 pre-bookings will be open until August 3. Customers who reserve one of the upcoming flagship models will receive a code via email. This code can be used upon ordering the Galaxy Note 20 or Galaxy Note 20 Ultra from August 6 to August 9, and the first 1,000 customers to use the code will receive a personalized S Pen with their names engraved on it.

Samsung Thailand reveals that customers won't be able to pick a color for the custom S Pen. However, the company will notify them via email with details about the S Pen flavor they've been assigned before the actual sales commence. The company also revealed that the regular Galaxy Note 20 S Pen without this personal touch is valued at 1,190 baht ($37) when purchased separately. It's not entirely clear if the custom S Pen will be given away in addition to the S Pen included in the Galaxy Note 20 retail package or if they're one and the same.

We're eager to see what other incentives Samsung will prepare for Galaxy Note 20 buyers in other markets or if this offer for an engraved S Pen will be available outside of Thailand. Readers who want to participate in the promotion in Thailand can visit this page for registration.
