Advertising agency ScientiaMobile's has released its Mobile Overview Report for the first quarter of this year. The report finds that the Galaxy S7 generates the most mobile browsing activity than any other device.
The Galaxy S5 remained the most widely used Samsung device for quite a long time. Even the Galaxy S6 wasn't able to overtake it but it appears that the Galaxy S7 has been able to do that.
It's possible that Galaxy S5 owners have a part to play in this as well. Many of them would have upgraded to the Galaxy S7 after their two-year contracts were up. This is one of the reasons why the Galaxy S8 is expected to outperform its predecessor as well given that it's very worthwhile for Galaxy S6 owners to upgrade to the Galaxy S8 once their contracts are up.
