Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge Plus stop by the FCC
Here’s yet another indication that Samsung’s next flagship is going to be launched ahead of schedule, in case you weren’t aware when we exclusively confirmed that Samsung is going to launch the Galaxy Note 5 in August instead of September. The new handset is going to be accompanied by the Galaxy S6 edge Plus and both of them have been spotted in the FCC database which means they’re one step closer to being launched.
Galaxy Note 5 (SM-920V) for Verizon and (SM-N920A) have both been certified by the FCC for Verizon and AT&T respectively, the handsets have support for the relevant LTE bands on each carrier. Same goes for the (SM-G928V) and (SM-G928A) which is the Galaxy S6 edge Plus for Verizon and AT&T also with support for the relevant LTE bands. It may not be long till the models destined for T-Mobile and Sprint also make an appearance at the FCC. Samsung is going to launch the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 edge Plus on August 12 with shipments starting August 21.

Note 5 without infrared and removable battery and micro sd slot is real failure
If samsung does not release a note 5 edge by November I will be getting an LG G PRO 3, I do not want a bigbrother s6edge + with and edge screen that does nothing the NOTE EDGE is the best samsung device I have had and they need to do it justice with a bigger version
This would seem to be the real deal. The Note 4 didn’t go through the FCC until at least September of last year, with some models in October. This is something it seems like writers are glossing over; had to look it up myself, but it wasn’t hard. Looks like for sure an August release.
im waiting for this.. 😛
its stop or spotted?
Spotted in the FCC database…..Stop in the title !! Lol
I just can’t wait to buy one Note 5!
Why cant this be love anymore??
Does Samsung try to ruin itself by this smartphone scheduling?
Still can’t believe it.
Note 5 is already dead, before it’s even lined up at the gate. But at least Samsunk CEO gets a nice golden parachute before he jumps ship after this next continued fail.
Do you think you’re clever by posting in every article calling them “Samsuck”?. You sound like a 5 year old child, grow up.
SamSUNK. You mamn, are worse than Hitler.
Sorry, Samsung has 3 CEO, and the mobile part of Samung is just one of the many Samsung Group’s division. And Samsung is actually the biggest LCD manufacturer in the world. They make weapons and stuff. Even crApple is one of Samsung’s costumers. So you can’t really say Samsung will fail. Have a nice day.
C’est vrai Samsung i’ts a big multinational industry and the part of the Galaxy it’s very small…Samsung it’s also big that Nestlé industry.
