Following the launch of the customized Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 earlier this year, Samsung and Barnes and Noble have once again teamed up to release yet another tablet, this time the 10.1-inch variant of the Galaxy Tab 4. The Galaxy Tab 4 Nook 10.1, available from Barnes & Noble's website and its retail stores, comes with free content worth $200, just like the first Galaxy Tab 4 Nook, with the content including TV shows, eBooks, and subscriptions to select magazines. The tablet is priced at $299 after a $50 rebate, which is quite high for what is basically a bump in screen size over the previous Tab 4 Nook.
In terms of hardware, the Galaxy Tab 4 Nook 10.1 features a 10.1-inch 1280×800 display, a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 1.5GB of RAM, a 3-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, and 16GB of storage that is expandable by a further 64GB thanks to the inbuilt microSD slot. The battery life is slated at 10 hours of video usage, and you can read our review of the non-Nook tablet here.
