Goophone N4 Galaxy Note 4 clone already released

One of the most highly anticipated mobile devices of this year is the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The next generation phablet is going to be announced in the first week of September, Samsung has already confirmed the event. There have already been countless rumors and leaks about the device itself. Those who can’t wait until September to get their hands on a Galaxy Note 4 can now look toward the Goophone N4, a working clone of Samsung’s upcoming flagship.

The specifications of Goophone N4 aren’t all that spectacular. It has a 1920x1080p FHD 5.7-inch display and a 1.7GHz octacore MediaTek MT6592 processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB of onboard storage. Apart from a 3,200mAh battery the device also has a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera.

On paper these specifications might seen good enough but on sheer performance alone this device may very well be left behind in the benchmarks by a Galaxy Note 2. The Goophone N4 will soon go on sale for customers in China.

I know China is well known for ripping off anything they can and blatantly violating international copyright laws. But does every mfg really just ignore that fact given that China will not actually crack down on the blatant ripoffs, won’t actually allow lawsuits to be brought against these companies or is the lost profits so small compared to the legal fees just not worth it? Even crapple doesn’t sue the Goophone.

I think it’s a bit of a mix actually. i think the problem is that even if Samsung or apple were to try and sue tthe Chinese government would just laugh in their face. It’s like when Rolex attempted to sue to cease and desist replicating Rolex watches, the Chinese government in their decision claimed the literal exact replica didn’t look at all like the original…even tho they are identical…plus the excess amount of money it costs…these companies hands are tied. It’s like why waste millions fighting a company that has the government’s full endorsement either expressly or via consent. So I think they just say screw it well take the loss for those who order knockoff…because they wouldn’t be ordering original flagship phones…which is the other side of this equation. ..they have never attempted flagship quality replicas…if they were to bring out say a snapdragon 800 note 4 replica that might change the game but with media tek chips it’s like eh let them have their crappie ripoff lol
