And just a few days back, Samsung finally launched the Galaxy S20 FE's sequel. The Galaxy S21 FE gives you most of the specs that you find on the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+ and comes with the same $699 price tag as the S20 FE. But there's one thing that it copies from its predecessor instead of the S21 and S21+, and that's battery life.
I've been using the Galaxy S21 FE for a few days now, and I've seen all-day battery life that the Galaxy S21 and S21+ just weren't capable of. Remember, the Galaxy S21+ has a 4,800 mAh battery while the S21 FE has a 4,500 mAh battery, and they even run the same chipset. I'm using the Exynos 2100 variant of the S21 FE, and I'm pleased to report that it's got excellent battery life that's similar to what you got on the Snapdragon Galaxy S20 FE.
And performance has been pretty stellar, too, though that's not unexpected considering how the Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra perform. But among all four Galaxy S21 models, I can confidently say the S21 FE has the best battery life. It lasts long, and it does that quite consistently, which is great.
In fact, the Galaxy S21 FE is a fantastic phone all around, but I'm still undecided on whether it's worth the $699 price tag here in 2022. You'll have to wait for our review for the answer, so stay tuned to the site and to our YouTube channel!
