New Wonderland update improves Galaxy Z Flip 5 Flex Window support

Samsung is rolling out a second August update for the Wonderland Good Lock module. Roughly three weeks ago, Wonderland received a few new features for foldable phones through the 1.3.01 update, including dual wallpapers. Now, Samsung is distributing Wonderland version 1.3.04.

This latest release also has some surprises for Galaxy Z Flip 5 users. The official changelog states that Wonderland now supports Flex Window wallpaper settings through MultiStar's Launcher Widget.

This Flex Window feature is exclusive to the Galaxy Z Flip 5, but the latest Wonderland update brings a few other general improvements for more devices. The changelog reads as follows:

• Supports Flex Window wallpaper settings through Multistar's LauncherWidget (Galaxy Z Flip 5 only).
• Improving the transition effect to respond smoothly.
• Fixed an issue that shows an incorrect image frame in some effects when the screen is off.
• Various bug fixes and usability improvements are included.

Wonderland is a Good Lock module that lets you create moving wallpapers. Wonderland is distributed through the Galaxy Store; however, it's available only in regions where the Good Lock platform is supported.

Samsung did make Good Lock available in more markets last year, but the experimental still has a limited reach, which is quite unfortunate, especially for Galaxy Z Flip 5 users who may want to be able to run any app on the cover screen, a.k.a., Flex Window.
