Samsung Wonderland update brings dual-wallpapers to foldable phones and more

Samsung Wonderland, the Good Lock module that lets you go in-depth with wallpaper customizations for your Galaxy mobile device, is getting a new big update. It adds support for a new type of wallpaper and a couple of new and most-welcomed features for foldable phones – just in time for Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 users to enjoy them.

This hefty update changes the version of Samsung Wonderland from 1.2.30 to 1.3.01. The changelog, albeit short, reveals a few really cool new features, particularly for foldable phone fans, but not only.

A new wallpaper type and foldable phone features

Samsung Wonderland 1.3.01 adds a new type of wallpaper that adds transition effects that trigger when the Galaxy mobile device's screen turns on. This addition expands on an already rich set of options for wallpaper customization.

For Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip users, this new version of Samsung Wonderland adds an option to set different wallpapers for each screen. Now you can have one Wonderland wallpaper on the cover screen and another wallpaper on the main foldable display.

And last but not least, the changelog mentions that Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold users can now connect transition effects on the folding angle through dynamic animation options.

With the Galaxy Z Flip 5 getting a bigger 3.4-inch cover screen and all-app support being tied to Good Lock, the experimental Samsung app seems to have become a more attractive component for foldable phone users. This new Wonderland update further strengthens the bond between Good Lock and Galaxy foldable devices.
