Samsung won the Best Brand Performance on Social Media award from Wisight at the 11th Thailand Social Awards. The award is given to brands that show outstanding performance on social media, or more specifically on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

Samsung won the award in the Mobile & Consumer Electronics category for its social media performance. The contest was organized by technology company and market analysis software developer Wisight.

The software firm used its “Wisesight Metric” benchmark to measure the performance of various brands on social media, and Samsung won the award thanks to its commitment to creating outstanding content and communicating with users on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.

Over the past week alone, Samsung released a handful of YouTube videos on its official channel, including Galaxy S23 promos, Galaxy Book 3 series introduction films, a 20minute support video for Galaxy Book Pro 360 users, and more.

Instead, they belong to lineups named ‘Odyssey' or ‘ViewFinity.' It makes Samsung look better instead of coming across as a company that […]
