Samsung wins 48 design awards at the IDEA 2021 event

Samsung makes well-designed products, including smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, TVs, and home appliances. The company has announced that it won 48 design awards at the IDEA 2021 event. These awards include seven Silver awards, three Bronze awards, and thirty-eight finalist awards.

The awarded products include The Frame TV, Neo QLED QN900A 8K TV, The Premiere laser projector, Bespoke Cube AX9500N air purifier, Bespoke 4-Door Flex refrigerator, and the SmartThings Cooking app. The IDEA 2021 Ceremony was held on September 21, 2021, entirely virtually, and the International Design Conference will be held for two days (September 22 and September 23).

Dontae Lee, Executive Vice President and the Head of Corporate Design Center at Samsung Electronics, said, “The pandemic affected consumers' lifestyles in many ways, so it is more important than ever to keep an eye on how those change and to offer meaningful experiences to consumers accordingly. We will continue to provide optimized experiences for consumers based on a variety of lifestyles with the design that best resonates with them.
