Samsung will live stream its MWC 2022 event on February 27

Last updated: February 17th, 2022 at 07:21 UTC+02:00

Samsung’s presence in last year’s MWC (Mobile World Congress) was 100% digital due to pandemic-related reasons. Samsung didn’t unveil a lot of mobile phones at MWC 2021, but we got a lot of wearable-related content along with a  deeper understanding of Know. We’ll get to see more of Samsung this time at MWC 2022.

A post on the official Samsung newsroom confirmed its presence at MWC 2022. One can watch it on Samsung’s official YouTube channel on February 27 at 7:00 PM CET. Given that the actual MWC 2022 in-person event starts on February 28, Samsung’s presence this year will be fully virtual again. Refer to the official MWC 2022 website for more details about scheduling.

It is unclear as to what Samsung could have in store for us at MWC 2022. We could see some 5G-ready mid-range smartphones such as the Galaxy M33, Galaxy M23 and Galaxy A53 make their debut. The event could also host some software-specific announcements related to the Samsung ecosystem.

A teaser on Samsung’s website showcases a host of products, such as laptops, foldables, smartwatches and tablets. Some of the aforementioned software features could talk about a more unified software experience, something that Samsung has been working on for quite some time.
