While both phones look nearly identical, the W25 is slightly more memorable. It's almost like a more premium version of an exceedingly premium device.
That W25 special sauce consists of a ceramic back panel with a different, mirror-like finish and a bolder color scheme boasting a golden frame.
That reflective ceramic back might become a fingerprint magnet, but regardless, it looks stunning. Check out the Samsung W25 in the video below, courtesy of @UniverseIce.
Samsung hasn't used ceramic for a phone's finish since the Galaxy S10, and that makes the W25 that much more intriguing. But leaving these aesthetic differences aside, the W25 and Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition share the same shape, dimensions, and specs. Both phones also boast next-gen Bixby, which is not yet available anywhere else.
Unfortunately, we'll never see either phone in the west. Samsung released these two phones in South Korea and China. And in Korea, at least, it is available in limited quantities. Even if you'd want to order one from Korea, it wouldn't be easy. The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition sold out twice in record time.
Your most reliable option is to wait for the better Galaxy Z Fold 7 to go live next year or buy the standard Galaxy Z Fold 6, which you're bound to find at some attractive discounts this time of year.
