Samsung updates Galaxy A57, A27 with July 2026 security patch

While Samsung started rolling out the July 2026 security patch to the Galaxy A series smartphones a few days ago, the brand’s latest devices in the lineup, the Galaxy A57 and the Galaxy A27, have just started getting it.

The company seems to be rolling out the update for the Galaxy A57 globally. The one for the international model of the phone for India is 383.75MB in size and carries firmware version A576BXXS4AZG7 (via Kailash). 

As for the Galaxy A27, the tech giant seems to be rolling it out in Korea. The update carries firmware version A276KKSS2AZG1 (via Mohammed Khatri). The brand may release it in other countries over the next few days.

The July 2026 security patch fixes 57 security vulnerabilities present in the previous OS. To check its availability or get it, go to Settings > Software update > Check for updates. Both phones are eligible to get One UI 9.0 (Android 17).
