The Galaxy Fit 2 can be purchased in Spain in two color options: black and scarlet. The wearable is equipped with a 1.1-inch AMOLED display with a pixel count of 126 by 294, and it features 2MB of RAM and 32MB of internal memory. It doesn't need more since it's running FreeRTOS, but the wearable does have several sensors including an optical heart rate sensor, an accelerometer, and a gyroscope. The rubberized plastic body offers water resistance at depths of up to 50 meters.
The wearable is compatible with a variety of phones including Galaxy devices and iPhones. Essentially, the Galaxy Fit 2 is supported by phones running Android 5.0 or later as long as they're equipped with at least 1.5GB of RAM. It's also compatible with the iPhone 7 or later if it runs iOS 10. However, some features are not available on iOS and the best way to experience the Galaxy Fit 2 is to pair it with a Galaxy smartphone.
In Samsung's eyes, the Galaxy S20 FE is the best smartphones to go along with the Galaxy Fit 2, perhaps because both devices aim for an affordable price. The launch announcement for the wearable has a whole section dedicated to the budget flagship phone, but obviously, you can pair the wristband with virtually any Galaxy smartphone and get the same results. Nevertheless, if you would like to take Samsung's advice and pair the Galaxy Fit 2 with the Galaxy S20 FE, the smartphone was released in Spain in late September and it's available for 659 EUR.
