One of the most critical components to the Samsung Galaxy smartphone experience, i.e., the One UI Home launcher, is getting a fresh update.

Samsung is now pushing out One UI Home version 13.1.09.3. Unfortunately, Samsung hasn't updated the changelog for One UI Home on the Galaxy Store and the Play Store for the past couple of years, and version 13.1.09.3 also lacks information.

One UI Home shouldn't be confused with a smart home solution. It's not a SmartThings extension but the face of Samsung in the vast sea of Android devices. It's the software component — a proprietary launcher for Android OS — that sits on top of One UI and gives Galaxy phones and tablets their identity. And it's the reason why many Galaxy customers keep coming back.

As far as availability goes, you may or may not be able to update One UI Home on your device to version 13.1.09.3 upon reading this. Availability will likely depend on the version of One UI and device you're using, as well as region. And since Samsung hasn't published a changelog, there's no telling which devices and versions of One UI are getting this new version of One UI Home.
