Samsung has picked up four accolades at the Edison Awards 2026 held in Fort Myers, Florida, last week.
The company was recognized for the technological innovations its Smart Modular House, Vision AI Companion, Spatial Signage, and Bespoke AI Laundry Combo offer.
The Edison Awards were set up by the American Marketing Association in 1987. Named after the famous inventor Thomas Edison, these awards celebrate excellence in product and service development, human-centric design, and marketing.
A panel of industry experts, academics, and scientists selects the winners based on a strict criteria and hands out gold, silver, and bronze awards.
Samsung's Smart Modular House received a gold award for its AI-based architectural solutions. It enables a more accessible residential experience with the integration of advanced AI technology that connects the environment, appliances, and users for efficient management.
Vision AI Companion also picked up a gold award. Samsung redefined its TV experience with this technology. It improves user interactions with content by reducing complex menus and remotes, allowing users to have a more seamless and AI-powered TV viewing experience.
Samsung has also received silver awards for its Spatial Signage solutions and the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo. Samsung's glasses-free 3D display-based Spatial Signage blends seamlessly into commercial environments like stores, exhibitions, and entertainment venues to deliver a high-quality visual experience.
The company's Bespoke AI Laundry Combo has quickly become a consumer favorite for the ease of use that it offers and its AI-based capabilities that deliver optimal results by smartly adjusting its performance.
