Some devices are receiving a 167KB update, while others are getting an 18MB package.

On Samsung smartphones and tablets, new updates for the Google Play System are now available. Some devices are receiving a tiny 167KB update, while others are getting a larger 18MB package (via Samsung Community).
As usual, Google hasn't disclosed what these updates include. Typically, these updates bring bug fixes, performance improvements, security enhancements, and new features for Google’s apps and services.
Even after installation, the Google Play system update date remains the same as before, which is July 1, 2026. Google seems to be rolling out these updates globally.
To install the latest Google Play System update, go to Settings > Security and privacy > Updates > Google Play system update.
