Samsung has just opened the doors to its first Premium Experience Store in the state of Punjab, India. The new store is located at the Nexus Elante Mall in Chandigarh, and Samsung has prepared special offers for the inauguration.

The Korean tech giant says the Chandigarh Premium Experience Store is designed to be “a one-stop shop for sales and services,” where visitors can try out devices like the Galaxy S24 and other flagship phones, as well as tablets and wearables.

Furthermore, the store offers phygital experiences where they can browse through thousands of products using a digital Kiosk. Other zones are dedicated to audio-visual experiences, as well as teaching prospective customers about Samsung's digital lending platform, Finance+, and the device care plan, Care+.

In addition, Samsung is hosting Galaxy workshops dedicated to AI education, AI-based photography, and photo editing.

    Early visitors get benefits

To mark the inauguration of the new Premium Experience Store, and the first in Punjab, Samsung has prepared gifts and benefits for early visitors.

Customers who go to the Premium Experience Store now earn 2X loyalty points on all transactions above INR 15,000 ($180).

For the first week, visitors can also buy the Galaxy Buds FE at a discount (for just INR 2,999 – $36) when they bundle the earbuds with select Galaxy devices.

The first 200 visitors who buy Samsung products worth INR 20,000 ($240) or more get “early bird giveaways.”

And last but not least, customers can avail always-on special benefits, including 10% student discounts on mobile Galaxy devices, 22.5% cashback, and INR 22,000 ($264) in extra benefits.

The new Premium Experience Store in Chandigarh joins numerous others that have already been opened in India. In October last year, Samsung inaugurated an Experience Store in Surat, Gujarat. A month later, in November, Samsung announced the opening of a new Premium Experience Store at the Phoenix Mall in Chennai.
