Samsung has announced One UI 9.0, its next major Android customisation for Galaxy smartphones and tablets. Based on Android 17, the new software brings a refreshed user interface along with a wide range of new features and improvements.
Alongside it, the company also revealed that it will open the beta program for the new software, allowing people to experience it before the stable version.
If you’re wondering which Galaxy devices are currently eligible for the One UI 9.0 beta program, here’s Samsung’s official list:
As you can see, there are only three devices in the list at the moment. However, Samsung usually offers the beta program for a new version of One UI, accompanied by a new version of Android, to a wide range of devices, including new and premium devices from the Galaxy Z, Galaxy S, and Galaxy A series. We saw Samsung follow a similar strategy with the One UI 8.0 and One UI 8.5 beta programs.
Considering that, we expect Samsung to open the One UI 9.0 beta program for many more devices in the next few weeks or months. As the South Korean tech giant announces the beta program of the new software for more devices, we will update this article mentioning those models.
