Samsung has released an update for the Samsung Members app for Galaxy smartphones. It carries version 5.8.00.10, and the brand is rolling it out only to the devices running on One UI 8.5 (Android 16 QPR2). While the company hasn’t provided a changelog for it, the update brings a major design change: a floating bottom bar.
The previous version of Samsung Members had a bar at the bottom, housing Discover, Community, and Support tabs, with a traditional, flat design. The new version of the app offers a bar at the bottom that floats over the content of the three tabs, which is a One UI 8.5 design element, making it go seamlessly with the new software.

Samsung has been slowly but steadily updating its apps for Galaxy smartphones with the One UI 8.5 design language. It may take the brand a few more months to update all its apps with the new design.
