Samsung India is partnering with Instagram for a new initiative called the Hunt for the Next Galaxy Expert and the release of a new avenue — or experimental zone — for Instagram creators called Galaxy Creators Lounge.

Samsung is engaging with Instagram creators to promote the new Galaxy S21 flagship series. As part of this new collaboration, Samsung and Instagram will provide a series of workshops and contests for creators who will then have an opportunity to win the Galaxy S21 and earn the Galaxy Expert title.

According to the company, the winner, i.e., the Galaxy Expert will join an elite league of creators across the globe and enjoy privileges such as access to upcoming Galaxy Unpacked events, though we're not sure what this would entail in the context of a virtual event. In any case, the winner will join other creators who fly the #TeamGalaxy hashtag, including UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Millie Bobby Brown, professional Fortnite player Myth, and musician / philanthropist Khalid.

What is Galaxy Creators Lounge?

As a result of this collaboration, Samsung and Instagram are also bringing the Galaxy Creators Lounge to India for the first time, beginning tomorrow, January 30.

The Galaxy Creators Lounge is an interactive platform that was designed for content creators to experience Galaxy devices. It brings creators together and helps them come up with new ideas and engage with their audiences.

To make things more interesting, Instagram creators who may want to take photography classes at the Creators Lounge will be able to join a workshop by Galaxy Expert Auditya Venkatesh.
