Samsung India starts accepting pre-reservations for Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Z Fold 4

Consumers in India can pre-reserve the Galaxy Z Flip 4 or the Galaxy Z Fold 4 by paying INR 1,999. If they decide to make the purchase, they will get a discount of INR 4,999. Plus, they can get early access to the devices. Buyers who join The Smart Club will also get additional reward points and benefits such as higher prices for trading in their old smartphones.

Samsung's upcoming foldable phones are expected to be thinner and more compact than their predecessors, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Galaxy Z Fold 3. The phones will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and Android 12-based One UI 4.1.1. They will continue to feature an IPX8 rating, stereo speakers, and a side-mounted fingerprint reader.

The Galaxy Z Flip 4 could use the same cameras (12MP+12MP rear and 10MP front) as its predecessor but is getting a considerable battery capacity boost (around 3,800mAh) and faster charging (25W). It will be available in four primary colors and up to 71 BESPOKE color combinations.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 uses the same camera and charging as the Galaxy Z Fold 3, but it is getting upgraded cameras. It is rumored to feature a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The Galaxy Z Fold 4 will be launched in three color options.
