The Galaxy S21 FE is almost here. Yes, we've repeated that statement quite a few times over the last couple of weeks, but can we really help it after all the delays the phone has faced? Delays so bad that the Galaxy S21 FE will launch just a month before Samsung's next Galaxy S flagship lineup is set to go official?

So, let us say it yet again: The Galaxy S21 FE is almost here! Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Galaxy S21 FE should go official in early January and hit retail shelves soon after. We've heard much about the phone over the past few months and even seen what it looks like, and today, we've got its full spec sheet to share with you.

Like the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+, the Galaxy S21 FE won't bring too many upgrades over its predecessor. In fact, our sources tell us there are only two notable changes, at least on the hardware front.

Galaxy S21 FE will bring newer processors, stronger display protection, and up-to-date software

The first one is the silicon under the hood: The Galaxy S21 FE will be powered by either the Snapdragon 888 or the Exynos 2100 based on where you're residing. And the second one is the display protection. The Galaxy S21 FE will have Gorilla Glass Victus protecting its display, which is a considerable step up from the Gorilla Glass 3 used on the Galaxy S20 FE.

The rest of the specs will more or less be the same as the S20 FE. There's a 6.4-inch 120Hz Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a centered punch hole, 6GB/8GB of RAM along with 128GB/256GB of non-expandable storage, a 4,500 mAh battery with 25W wired charging and 15W wireless charging, IP68 water resistance, a 32MP front-facing camera, and a triple rear camera setup comprised on 12MP F1.8 main, 12MP F2.2 ultra-wide, and 8MP F2.4 3x telephoto lenses.

Of course, the Galaxy S21 FE will run newer software out of the box. Two versions newer, to be precise, all thanks to the fact that the Galaxy S21 FE is coming out later than Samsung had originally planned. Since it will launch running Android 12, you're looking at software updates all the way up to Android 15, which could be a great reason for why you might want to pick up the S21 FE over the Galaxy S21 or Galaxy S21+.

Unfortunately, we have no idea how much the Galaxy S21 FE will cost. A $699 price tag like the Galaxy S20 FE is the most plausible, though Samsung could end up selling it for less so that the S21 FE doesn't clash with the Galaxy S22, which we're expecting to start at $799.
