In an official announcement, Samsung India revealed that it opened its largest experience store in North India at the iconic Connaught Place in Delhi. The new flagship store will offer gaming, connected living, smartphones, lifestyle screens, audio, connected living using SmartThings, and other unique customer experiences.

Connaught Place has a rich heritage dating back over 100 years and is currently the hub for Gen-Z and millennials. In fact, five lucky customers among the first 500 buyers at the new store will stand a chance to win the premium flagship foldable Galaxy Z Fold 4, or the premium flip phone, the Galaxy Z Flip 4.

On the other hand, the first 200 buyers who spend above INR 10,000 will get assured gifts. Interested buyers visiting the store on January 28 and 29, will get an additional cashback of up to 10% across Galaxy products, including smartphones, tablets, wearables, laptops, TVs, and more. Moreover, buyers will get 2X loyalty points on the entire Samsung product portfolio from January 30 to February 4, and the Galaxy Buds 2 for INR 2,999 when purchasing a Galaxy device between February 9 and 15.

Mr. Sumit Walia, Senior Director, Samsung India, said, “This new store will also offer a one of its kind phygital experience through Store+, further enhancing the shopping experience and choices for our young consumers.” Apparently, the store is spread across 3,500 square feet and has two floors. It will also be used to host various engaging events such as Galaxy workshops, live commerce activities, and cultural performances. There is a full-fledged customer service center as well.
