Pokemon Unite with cross-play is coming to your Galaxy device next month

Have you pre-ordered the Galaxy Z Fold 3 already? If the answer's ‘yes,' then you're likely looking forward to trying new ways of entertaining yourself with the help of the generous 7.6-inch foldable display. Perhaps you're searching for a mobile game to enjoy on the bigger screen, but you've tried virtually every major title out there and you'd prefer something fresh. Well, if that's the case, get ready for a new Pokemon game to land on your Galaxy smartphone and tablet next month!

Pokemon Unite will be available to Samsung smartphone and tablet owners from September 22. More specifically, the game will be available across the Android and iOS platforms beginning that date. This isn't a Samsung-exclusive, mind you, but it is something Samsung customers will be able to enjoy next month, especially if they have a big-screen mobile device like the Galaxy Z Fold 3.

Pokemon Unite is a 5v5 MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) type of game — you know, the kind that DotA and League of Legends are — so a larger screen is better suited for the gameplay.

The good news continues for Pokemon fans who happen to own both a Galaxy device and a Nintendo Switch console. By using the same account on both versions of Pokemon Unite (Switch and mobile), users will be able to enjoy cross-platform play across their devices.

Are you a Pokemone fan? Better yet, are you planning on gaming at all on the Galaxy Z Fold 3? Leave a comment below. And if you will want to play Pokemon Unite once it goes live, we have a little surprise for you. Pre-register are already open with special rewards in tow. Check the Google Play Store for more details.
