Belgium is also getting the update today, but what's worth noting here is that both these markets are receiving a newer firmware build – G98xxXXU5CTL1. It's unclear if this newer build includes any changes in addition to all the features and improvements included in One UI 3.0 and Android 11. The stable update that's been rolling out in other markets since early December isn't reported to have any issues, though T-Mobile did halt the rollout in the US for unknown reasons so we can't rule out problems completely.
If you own a Galaxy S20, S20+, or S20 Ultra in the Netherlands or Belgium, you can check for the update through the phone's Settings » Software update menu. That goes for folks in other countries as well. As always, if the update has been released in your region, you will find the relevant firmware in our archives for manually upgrading to the latest version of Android and One UI, though a full device backup is suggested should you decide to take that route.
