Samsung is developing two new flagship tablets, the Galaxy Tab S11+ and the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. Previous reports suggest that they will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC and that the model with the larger screen will pack a bigger battery than its predecessor. Now, it looks like Samsung has gotten the smaller model benchmarked on Geekbench, which not only confirms previous reports about its SoC but also suggests that its launch is imminent.
Geekbench has listed a Samsung device with model number SM-X736B. Considering Samsung’s model number convention, this looks like the upcoming Galaxy Tab S11+. According to the listing, it has a processor with four CPU cores running at 2.4GHz, three CPU cores running at 3.3GHz, and one CPU core running at 3.73GHz. It also says that the tablet has 10.84GB of RAM and runs on Android 16 (most likely One UI 8.0). However, there’s more to the story.
On X, Abhishek Yadav dug deeper into the Geekbench listing and found that the Galaxy Tab S11 uses the Immortalis-G925 GPU. The GPU, combined with the processor's clock speeds, confirms this is the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset.
As for how it performs, the tablet has scored 1,420 points in the single-core test and 5,312 points in the multi-core test. Unfortunately, that is all we know about these tablets at the moment. Hopefully, we will get more leaks about the tablet soon, shedding light on its other aspects.
