Earlier today, the Galaxy A13 (SM-A135F) got Android 13, its first major Android OS update. The update first arrived on the Exynos 850 version of the smartphone. Samsung launched the Galaxy A13 (SM-A137F) with the MediaTek Helio G80 processor in European countries, and that version is also getting the Android 13 update.

The Galaxy A13’s Android 13 update is rolling out in Europe with firmware version A137FXXU1BVL1. The update brings One UI 5.0 to the smartphone along with the November 2022 security patch. If you have a Galaxy A13 and live in Europe, you can now download and install the Android 13 update on your phone by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install.

You can also download the new firmware file from our database and flash it manually. If you choose this process, ensure you’ve backed up all your data in a local or cloud storage solution.

Samsung launched the Galaxy A13 earlier this year with Android 12-based One UI 4.1 onboard.
