Major US carriers have some great promotions on Samsung's latest flagship phones. Most customers would be looking to buy the Galaxy S25 Ultra as it's the top-of-the-line model. AT&T has a great promotion whereby customers can get a free Galaxy S25 Ultra courtesy of the carrier.

Obviously, there are some terms and conditions to be aware of. You also have to add a new line or upgrade an existing line because there are no free lunches in life, and certainly no truly free smartphones.

AT&T is giving you a free Galaxy S25 Ultra

Samsung has made the process of utilizing career incentives very simple. You can choose a carrier offer directly on its website when you pre-order the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Click on the carrier of your choice in the top right corner and the deals will load automatically.

All pre-order customers get a free storage upgrade so the price is $1,299 but you get the 512GB storage variant instead of 256GB. Scroll down to the trade-in section and you'll see offers from the carrier you selected above. Clicking on it brings up the higher trade-in values that will effectively bring your price for a new Galaxy S25 Ultra to $0.

AT&T is giving the maximum value of $1,300 for the Galaxy Z Fold 5, Z Fold 6, Z Flip 6, the entire Galaxy S24 series, as well as the Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra. Once you click on pre-order, you'll be taken to a new screen where you can either set up a new AT&T account or add a line to an existing account.

You can only take advantage of this deal from AT&T if you activate a new line or upgrade an existing line. It requires a postpaid AT&T unlimited voice and data plan starting at $75.99 per month, plus taxes and fees, before discounts.

The promotion provides $1,300 off the Galaxy S25 Ultra after 36 monthly bill credits, which begin within 3 bills and are applied in equal amounts over the entire installment term. If you cancel the wireless service the credits will stop and you'll have to pay the remaining balance on the device.

You can only take advantage of this deal during the pre-order period that ends in a few days, so it's best to go ahead and get your order in now!
