One UI 9 on Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8
Back in June, we learned that Samsung has started developing its latest Android skin, One UI 9.0 (Android 17), for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and the Galaxy Z Flip 7. Now it looks like the brand is preparing to release its beta version for the phones’ owners.
On the Samsung Community forum for India, the brand has created sections for beta programs for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and the Galaxy Z Flip 7 (via Tarun Vats). Surprisingly, the company took those sections down a few minutes later.
It strongly suggests that Samsung is planning on releasing the beta version of One UI 9.0 for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and the Galaxy Z Flip 7. It will give people a chance to experience the new software before the tech giant releases its stable version to everyone at a later stage.
The brand’s new Android skin packs a bunch of upgrades, including more UI customization options and plenty of new features. The company debuted its stable version with the Galaxy Z Fold 8 series and the Galaxy Z Flip 8. We have made a video on it, which you can check out below.
