Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2
Samsung has released a new software update for the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. It brings the October 2026 security patch, which addresses 62 vulnerabilities present in the previous firmware.
Currently, the brand is rolling out the update in its home country, South Korea. The package size is 260.66MB and it carries firmware version L715NKOU1AZJ5 (via Kailash).
Samsung should roll out the October 2026 security update to the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 in other regions over the next few days. You can check its availability and get it by opening the Galaxy Wearable app and going to Watch Settings > Watch software update > Check for updates.
This is the second software update for the smartwatch so far. The first one offered the August 2026 security patch. However, the wearable didn’t get the September 2026 security patch. It is also worth pointing out that Samsung has detailed the November 2026 security patch as well.
