Samsung has started rolling out the stable version of One UI 9.0 (Android 17) to the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra in the US via new OTA software updates.

The updates are live for the carrier-locked variants of the three phones. The one for the Ultra model is 3,909.81MB in size and has the S928USQU6EZIF firmware version (via Reddit).

Samsung should release the stable One UI 9.0 update for the factory-unlocked variants of the Galaxy S24 series in the US soon. You can check its availability and get it by going to Settings > Software update > Check for updates.

Samsung released the stable version of the new software for the three phones first in South Korea. Earlier today, the brand started rolling it out in more regions, including Europe and India, and now, it has come to the US.

Compared to One UI 8.5, One UI 9.0 offers a more customizable Quick Panel, enhanced Samsung DeX, Samsung Notes, and accessibility features, a location privacy indicator, and many new AI features. You can watch them in action in our video below.
