The value-oriented Galaxy S24 FE is discounted in India right now. If you have been eyeing it, now would be a great time to buy it. It was launched in India nine months ago, and at that time, it was overpriced. However, at the discounted price, it is a very good high-end phone.
Amazon has slashed the price of the Galaxy S24 FE in India. The 8GB+128GB version of the phone was launched with a price tag of INR 59,999 (~$693), but is now selling for just INR 35,655 (~$412). That is a 40% discount compared to the launch price! The 256GB variant of the Galaxy S24 FE now costs just INR 43,300 (~$500) instead of its launch price of INR 65,999 ($762).
You can get an additional discount of INR 1,250 (~$15) if you buy the phone using one of the select credit or debit cards. Amazon India is also offering a no-cost EMI scheme if you opt for a six-month installment plan using one of the eligible credit cards.
These discounted prices aren't available through Flipkart or Samsung India's own websites. On Flipkart, the Galaxy S24 FE has a starting price of INR 39,999 (~$462). Samsung's own website has a price tag of INR 59,999 for the Fan Edition phone.
The Galaxy S24 FE has a 6.7-inch 120Hz OLED screen, stereo speakers, an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, an aluminum frame, and Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection on the front and the rear.
It uses the Exynos 2400 chip and runs Android 15 (One UI 7.0). It will get six more Android OS updates in the future. It has 5G, GPS, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and a USB 3.2 Type-C port. It is powered by a 4,700mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging and 15W fast wireless charging.
It has a 10MP selfie camera, a 50MP primary rear camera with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. It can record 4K 60fps videos using all its cameras and up to 8K 30fps videos using its primary rear camera.
