Samsung Galaxy S24's August 2026 security update goes global

It comes with firmware version S92xBXXS6DZH2 and has a download size of over 400MB (though the exact size differs slightly across the three models).

If you live in Europe and own a Galaxy S24 series phone, check for the new update on your device. You can do that by opening the Settings app, navigating to Software update, and tapping Check for updates. Make sure that your phone has at least 30% of battery charge left to proceed with the software update installation process.

This update could be released in other countries worldwide later today or in the next few days.
