The deal is applicable on all storage variants (256GB, 512GB, and 1TB) if you buy the unlocked version, but the 1TB variant is not available if you choose a carrier plan.
You can also get up to $615 credit if you decide you don't need all the bells and whistles of the S23 Ultra or a phone that large and would be satisfied with a Galaxy S23 or Galaxy S23+. Again, you can pick any storage configuration as long as you get the unlocked version – the S23 is available in 128GB and 256GB varieties and the S23+ can be purchased with 256GB or 512GB storage.
