The June 2024 security patch reached the Galaxy S23 series smartphones last week. However, it was available only for the carrier-locked and carrier-unlocked variants of those phones. Now, the latest security update is also available for the international variant of the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra in India.

The new firmware for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra carries build numbers S911BXXS5CXE7, S916BXXS5CXE7, and S918BXXS5CXE7 respectively. You can get it by going to Settings » Software update » Download and install or downloading it from our database and installing it manually using Odin.

The June 2024 security patch fixes 59 security vulnerabilities to improve the safety of your device. The latest security update should reach other variants of the Galaxy S23 series smartphones in the next few days. The next major update for these phones will come out later this year. It will bring Android 15-based One UI 7.0.
