Looks like the Galaxy S23 FE price may be cut by Samsung

Samsung's Galaxy S21 FE was very well received so it was expected that the company would launch a successor but it didn't. After skipping the Galaxy S22 FE last year, it emerged a few months ago that the Galaxy S23 FE may arrive this year.

We have exclusively confirmed last week that the Galaxy S23 FE is going to be launched in Q4 2023. There's no concrete information about the Galaxy S23 FE price, but industry watchers are of the view that it may be lower than that of its predecessor.

Galaxy S23 FE may cost less than the Galaxy S21 FE

The Galaxy S21 FE arrived in January 2022 and started at $699. Some industry analysts in South Korea are of the view that the Galaxy S23 FE will cost around 800,000 won or roughly $599. If their predictions are accurate, it seems Samsung is slashing the price of this much-loved variant by $100.

If true, this is going to be incredible, particularly when we've seen Samsung raise Galaxy S23 prices across the board in many markets. The expectation would have been that perhaps the Galaxy S23 FE will be more expensive. It wouldn't have been surprising to see Samsung charge $799 for it but as it stands, there's some hope that it will cost less than the last model it.

Samsung hasn't officially acknowledged the existence of the Galaxy S23 FE yet. Naturally, there's no official information about the device's price. So take this with a grain of salt for now. We can expect to hear more about the Galaxy S23 FE and its expected pricing in the weeks to come.

Galaxy A55’s display wipes the floor with the Galaxy A54 and S23 FE

Samsung's new Galaxy A55 brings several improvements over the Galaxy A54, but looking at the official spec sheets, you would think the display isn't one of them. Granted, the A55 has a slightly larger 6.6-inch panel instead of a 6.4-inch one, but that results in a lower pixel density. Otherwise, the two phones share the […]
