In the performance comparison video, the Galaxy S21+ and the iPhone 12 Pro Max are seen running the AnTuTu benchmark and how many points they received in the test. The Galaxy S21+ seems to have scored 634,461 points in the benchmark, while the iPhone 12 Pro Max scored 441,227 points. The Galaxy S21+ managed to beat the highest-end iPhone 12 in the test. However, as we all know, benchmarks don't tell the whole story, and real-world performance is often different from the benchmarks.
It should be noted that this version of the Galaxy S21+ (SM-G996U) uses the Snapdragon 888 processor and not the Exynos 2100 that will be used in markets outside of China and the US. You can see the benchmark performance comparison video below.
The Galaxy S21+ is expected to sport a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It uses the Exynos 2100 processor (or Snapdragon 888 in some markets), 8GB/12GB RAM, 128GB/256GB storage, and a microSD card slot. It will reportedly feature a 10MP selfie camera and a 12MP+12MP+64MP triple rear-facing camera setup.
The phone will be powered by a 4,800mAh battery. Other features such as a bigger in-display fingerprint reader, IP68 certification, Samsung Pay, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, UWB, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, stereo speakers, fast wired and wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging are also expected to be present.
