Galaxy M34 gets a 256GB version in India

Samsung has launched a new Galaxy M34 5G storage variant in India. The mid-range smartphone is now available in the 256GB storage version, priced at INR 24,499 ($294) in the country. However, during the ongoing festive period, Samsung is selling this new storage variant for just INR 20,999 ($252). Additionally, buyers can get an INR 2,000 ($24) discount if they buy the phone using an HDFC Bank card.

The Galaxy M34 5G was initially launched in India in July 2023, and it was available in 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variants. Now, four months after the launch, Samsung has introduced the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The phone will be available in Midnight Blue, Prism Silver, and Waterfall Blue colors. You can buy the Galaxy M34 5G through Amazon.in and Samsung Shop online stores.

Galaxy M34 5G comes with a promise of four Android OS updates

The smartphone sports a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,000 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It has a side-mounted fingerprint reader and Dolby Atmos audio. It has the Exynos 1280 processor, 6GB/8GB RAM, 128GB/256GB storage, and a microSD card slot. It is powered by a 6,000mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging.

The Galaxy M34 5G has a 13MP front-facing camera with Full HD video recording. On the rear, it has a 50MP primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The rear camera can record 4K videos at 30fps. Its connectivity features include GPS, 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone will get four Android OS updates (up to Android 17).
