Samsung is done launching phones for the year, and its next releases will be the high-end Galaxy S27 series alongside the mid-range Galaxy A38 and Galaxy A58. Ahead of their launch in early 2027, the charging speed of the Galaxy A58 has leaked.

Galaxy A58 has the same charging speed as the Galaxy A57

An unannounced Samsung device with the model number SM-A5860 has received its China Compulsory Certificate (CCC). This is the Chinese variant of the Galaxy A58, and the certification document reveals that it supports 45W fast charging (10V/4.5A or 15V/3A). Moreover, the listing confirms that the phone will be sold without a bundled charger.

This means the Galaxy A58 will have the same charging speed as its predecessor, the Galaxy A57. While Samsung introduced 60W fast charging with the Galaxy S26 Ultra, the company does not appear ready to bring that upgrade to lower-priced models just yet.

Previous leaks have revealed that the Galaxy A58 will feature the same 50MP primary rear camera, 12MP ultrawide camera, 5MP macro camera, and 12MP selfie camera as the Galaxy A57. We also expect the phone to retain an IP68 rating, stereo speakers, and an in-display fingerprint reader, just like its predecessor.

So, the only major improvements that the Galaxy A58 might bring are a brighter screen and faster performance, likely powered by the upcoming Exynos 1780 processor.
