The Galaxy A53 5G will come first to the Spanish market. It will be available starting tomorrow, April 1. Customers that buy the Galaxy A53 before April 17 will get a pair of Galaxy Buds 2 earbuds for free.
The Galaxy A53 will be available with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of memory for €449. The 8GB+256GB model will be available for €509. Customers get to choose from four color options, namely black, light blue, orange, and white.
Samsung wants to release the Galaxy A33 onto the Spanish market on April 22. That's when the pre-order period starts, but the company hasn't revealed any pre-order bonuses yet.
The Galaxy A33 will be available with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It's expandable by up to 1TB via microSD.
And despite it being cheaper than the Galaxy A53, the A33 features an IP67 dust and water resistance rating and the same Exynos 1280 chipset. The latter has great potential, although, at the moment, it looks like most mobile games aren't optimized for it. There's no telling when that might change.
The A33 model also has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W Super-Fast Charging, just like the more expensive A53 model.
So, which one of these two new mid-range Samsung phones would you choose, and why? Check our hands-on video for a closer look at both.
