The stable version of Android 14 is now available to Galaxy A53 for beta testers. The update comes with firmware version A536BXXU7DWK6 and includes the November 2023 security patch. Since this update is meant for One UI 6.0 beta testers, its download size is quite small at 347MB, which means you don't necessarily need to download it using a Wi-Fi network, but such a network will likely be fast nonetheless.
If you have been testing One UI 6.0 beta on your Galaxy A53 in India, you can now download the stable update by opening the Settings app and navigating to Software update » Download and install. Those who are running the stable version of One UI 5.1 on their Galaxy A53 will likely get the stable One UI 6.0 update within the next few days.
One UI 6.0 brings several new features to the Galaxy A53. It has a new Quick Panel layout, a new font, new emojis, and a tweaked notification design. The media player widget has received a refresh and now features a waveform animation. The camera app has received a design that is relatively simpler to use. The built-in image and video editors have received more features and bigger UI elements.
