Galaxy A36 users, rejoice! The day you have been waiting for a long time is finally here. Samsung has released the stable version of One UI 9.0 (Android 17) for the phone, marking the end of the new software's beta program for the phone.

As expected, the brand is rolling it out first in its home country, South Korea. The update is 2,485.01MB in size and carries firmware version A366NKSU9DZIF (via Samsung Community).

Samsung should release the stable version of One UI 9.0 for the Galaxy A36 in other countries over the next few days. You can check its availability and get it by going to Settings > Software update > Check for updates.

One UI 9.0 brings more Quick Panel customization options, enhanced Samsung DeX, Samsung Notes, and accessibility features, and a location privacy indicator to the Galaxy A36. Unfortunately, the phone won't get the new AI features it offers on the Galaxy Z and Galaxy S series phones.
