Samsung registers 'samsungpenup.com' ahead of Galaxy Note III launch

With the launch of the Galaxy Note III almost upon us, it seems Samsung is readying a new website to showcase the device and its features. The folks over at TechTastic have discovered that the domain name samsungpenup.com was recently registered by the Korean manufacturer, and judging by the “pen” in the address, it seems all but likely the site will be geared towards the third-generation Note.

The Galaxy Note III will sport an octa-core Exynos / quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor (you can check which variant your country will get here), 3GB of RAM, 13-megapixel camera, 32GB of minimum in-built storage expandable via microSD slot, a 3,200mAh battery, and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. As we revealed earlier, shipping will begin in September, around week 36 of the year.
