Galaxy S25 Edge, S25 FE get the stable One UI 9.0 update

Samsung has started rolling out the stable One UI 9.0 update to the Galaxy S25 Edge and Galaxy S25 FE, after first releasing it for the other S25 models.

The update adds more UI customization options and new features, and it launched first in South Korea.

Broader availability is expected in other regions over the next few days, and users can check for it in Software update settings.

A couple of hours ago, Samsung ended the One UI 9.0 (Android 17) beta program for the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra and released the new software’s stable version for the three phones. Now, the brand is doing the same with the remaining two devices in the lineup, the Galaxy S25 Edge and the Galaxy S25 FE.

Samsung has released the stable version of One UI 9.0 for the Galaxy S25 Edge and the Galaxy S25 FE, upgrading them with more UI customization options and new features. You can check it out in our video at the end of this article. The company has released the updates first in its home country, South Korea, just as everybody expected.

The one for the Edge is 3,398.98MB in size and carries firmware version S937NKSUADZIF (via @Alfaturk16). Whereas that for the Fan Edition units enrolled in the beta program is 326.59MB in size and carries firmware version S731NKSU9CZI5 (via @galaxyupdatesx).

We expect Samsung to release the stable version of One UI 9.0 for the Galaxy S25 Edge and the Galaxy S25 FE in other regions over the next few days. You can check its availability and get it by going to Settings > Software update > Check for updates.
