Samsung announces official One UI 9 rollout

Samsung has officially announced the rollout of the stable One UI 9.0 update, starting with the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. More eligible devices will receive the update in the coming weeks.

The company announced the conclusion of the One UI 9.0 beta program earlier today and promptly released the stable update for Galaxy S26 series users who participated in the beta. The stable update for all other Galaxy S26 users will begin rolling out today.

Samsung also launched the One UI 9.0 beta program for the Galaxy A25, Galaxy A35, Galaxy A36, Galaxy A37, Galaxy A55, Galaxy A56, Galaxy A57, Galaxy S23, Galaxy S24, Galaxy S25, Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Z Flip 7, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Fold 7. Those devices are expected to receive the stable update in the coming weeks.

Based on Android 17, One UI 9.0 introduces new features and minor UI design improvements. It includes even more Quick Panel customizability, improved multi-monitor support and windowing options in Samsung DeX, a new Tape feature in Samsung Notes, and additional Game Booster options, among other enhancements.
