It’s the last day of July, and Samsung is still working to bring this month’s security update to all eligible Galaxy devices. Continuing that rollout, the brand has now released the July 2026 security patch for the Galaxy A34.
For now, however, the company is offering the update only for the South Korean variant of the phone (model number SM-A346N). The update carries firmware version A346NKSSFFZG1 (via Mohammed Khatri).
The July 2026 security patch fixes 57 security vulnerabilities found in the previous software, making the device more secure. The tech giant is expected to expand the rollout to more regions over the next few days. You can check if the update is available for your phone by going to Settings > Software update > Check for updates.
Samsung launched the Galaxy A34 with One UI 5.1 based on Android 13 and promised four major Android OS upgrades. So far, the phone has received three of them and currently runs One UI 8.5 based on Android 16 QPR2. That means it is eligible to receive One UI 9.0 based on Android 17, which will be its final major OS update.
